El Dorado Casitas Royale is an adults-only resort that features the More InclusiveTM concept by Lomas HospitalityTM, gourmet cuisine, a full-service spa, and 13 swimming pools. The stylish suites are fully appointed and feature a DVD and CD library, personal concierge services from 08:00 until 17:00, a pillow menu and aromatherapy scents delivered in your room. The bright bedrooms offer mosquito nets over the canopy beds. The bathrooms have double sinks and a shower. Some units have an outdoor shower or a hot tub.

The More InclusiveTM concept goes beyond All-Inclusive by offering round-trip transportation from Cancun airport to your hotel and to our parks, plus unlimited access to catamaran and reef snorkel, cenote, Aqua Nick® Water Park, and Maroma Beach with its delicious brunch.

El Dorado Casitas Royale has an extensive selection of different appealing cuisines from around the world including 10 different restaurants offering world cuisine, contemporary Italian menus, a flavor from the Pacific, a Mediterranean fusion, Caribbean style, and Mexican cuisine. Pizzas and authentic Italian cooking are also offered. There are also 10 swim-up bars, 1 beach bar and 4 lounge bars available.

Naay Spa is divided into the Spa Royale and the Spa Casitas. Spa Royale is in the center of the property, while Spa Casitas is a 20,000 sq-ft facility offering an extensive menu of traditional and alternative spa treatments. The Eco Touristic Ranch is the property's own stables with riding horses. There is a guided horseback tour through the jungle, so guests can experience the true Riviera Maya beauty.
