The Royal Sands & Spa hotel, in central Cancun, is next to Kukulcan Plaza Shopping Centre. It offers outdoor pools, a gym, spa and tennis courts. All rooms have free Wi-Fi and a balcony with sea views.

Modern, air-conditioned rooms and suites feature a TV and DVD player. The private bathroom comes with a hairdryer. Suites also have a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
