Situated in Chaura Maidan, Shimla - 7000 feet up in the Himalayas, The Oberoi Cecil offers luxury accommodation along with an indoor heated swimming pool, spa and 3 dining options. Free WiFi is available in the rooms of the property.

Classically furnished rooms with Burma teak wood floors are equipped with a satellite TV and DVD player. They also offer tea/coffee-making facilities and en suite bathroom with shower.

Guests can work-out at the fully equipped fitness centre or relax with a massage at the full service Oberoi Spa. It also has a billiards room and an activity centre for children. 24-hour room and laundry service is available.

A cup of tea or a quiet drink can be enjoyed at the Tea Lounge and Bar. A menu of European and Asian specialities are served at The Oberoi's restaurant.

It is a 10-minute drive to Shimla Station. A 45-minute drive leads to Jubbarhatti Airport. A short walk away form The Oberoi Cecil is the famous Vice Regal Lodge, the former summer residence of the Viceroy of India.

A mandatory meal supplement of INR 10240 per person is applicable for guests staying on 24th December and 31st December, payable at the hotel directly.
